This keeps our dues level low within our market area while still providing the financial resources to invest in the golf course keeping it in top shape year round. As an example, we aerify and topdress our fairways every fall with 450 tons of sand giving us one of driest winter courses around with rarely a day golf cars are restricted to paths only.
